Howly is a Ukrainian startup in the ecosystem of multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We are currently looking for a Billing Customer Support Specialist to communicate with our users via e-mail and help them resolve any billing issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers through mail, on cancellation of subscriptions, refunds;
- Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality services;
- Resolve tickets through Zendesk;
- Work on schedule 3 via 3.
