CEMARK  is recruiting for the position of Benefits and Compensation Analyst for our head office.  

The benefits and compensation analyst will work in a team with the compensation and benefits manager, and will be responsible for the processes related to wages and tangible/intangible motivation systems at the company's enterprises: planning, analysis, calculations, reports , presentations, etc. Will actively participate in the analysis of the best global and Ukrainian practices and their implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze the labor market, conduct analytical research on the competitiveness of staff wages, to participate in the annual review of salary on the labor market;
  • To participate in the process of budgeting and analysis of personnel costs (headcount planning, FOP of other personnel costs);
  • Administer DMS;
  • Prepare information for salary calculation, calculation of bonuses, surcharges;
  • Prepare analytical reports on budgeting and labor remuneration;
  • Prepare internal analytical/ statistical information upon request;
  • Advise HR business partners and managers on remuneration issues;
  • Participate in the development of a system for evaluating personnel performance indicators;
  • Offer ideas from improvement of existing or develop new corporate standards in the field of C&B (internal policies and procedures, provisions, regulations, instructions);
  • Prepare presentation materials on issues of labor remuneration;
  • Participate in HR projects and other company projects where HR expertise is needed;
  • Develop new employee motivation systems, manage existing systems and update them.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Higher education (preferably economic, mathematical);
  • Analytical abilities, the ability to determine cause and effect relationships;
  • Experience working with large arrays of data;
  • Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, 1C;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • It will be an advantage: experience in the development of payment systems and motivation systems;
  • English language not lower than B2 level.
