Financial Director in PayAdmit

The team is looking for two specialists - Financial Director for the PayAdmit project and the Cryptocurrency project!

Requirements:

- Higher economic education (finance, accounting, economics);

- Analytical mindset, skills in working with large data sets;

p>- Experience in the position of CFO from 3 years (IT, fintech, crypto projects, payment systems);

- Knowledge of the basics of management accounting, financial management (financial analysis, planning);

p>- Experience in drawing up management reporting in full – P&L, Cash Flow, Balance;

- Experienced user of MS Excel (summary tables), Google Sheets;

- Experience in working with visualization data (Power BI) will be a great advantage;

- Experience in automating processes, writing technical specifications (will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

- Participation in strategic and tactical planning for the company, projects;

- Planning, organization, coordination and control of the work of department employees, including the formation of tasks, division of duties and monitoring of their implementation;

- Accounting control by Ukrainian legal entity/FOP: personnel, OS, salary and other additional accruals/deductions, reporting, taxes, financial flows, documents;

- Budgeting control, payment calendar, regular/one-off payments for the company;

- Organization and control of accounting for controlled non-residents;

- Organization of financial accounting: construction/optimization/control of financial reconciliations, payments, accounting tables, calculators and other financial tools to support the project;

- Construction, control and verification of the financial model;

- Organization and control of the work of partners and service providers to support non-residents (participants, request documents, other so-called projects);

Arrangement of the onboarding strategy for partners;

- Opening of accounts/accounts in banks, payment systems, exchanges: selection and analysis of partners, coordination of the onboarding strategy , control of accounts and their management strategies;

OTS: control of deal strategies, documentary support, financial flows.
