Basketball organizer in BETER

We host over 35,000 events every month, which are broadcast in 152 countries to over 20 million viewers. A separate direction of the company is basketball tournaments, which take place in time intervals outside of major competitions and create additional value for players and bookmakers.

About the role:

We are looking for a Basketball tournament organization manager who will help develop and scale our basketball product in Ukraine and, in the future, beyond its borders. The main task is to build partnerships with local organizers, control the quality of tournaments and help launch the company's own projects.

Your tasks:

• Search and cooperation with the organizers of basketball tournaments.

• Control of tournaments compliance with standards of honesty, competitiveness and quality.

• Development of the company's own tournaments.

• Debugging contacts in the basketball community.

• Organization of processes from planning to implementation of tournaments.

Requirements:

• Passion for basketball and understanding of the game.

• Experience in organizing sports events or management.

• Useful contacts in the basketball environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
