What is important for this role:
- You have a full secondary specialized or higher education (from the II level of accreditation);
- You are able to find a common language with people and are customer-oriented;
- Experience in the banking, sales or service sphere will be a plus, but not mandatory;
- Responsible, attentive attention to detail and willing to learn new things every day.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and advice on banking products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage interactions;
- Actively sell banking products, fulfilling planned indicators in accordance with approved standards.
- Orientate in the bank's digital products and help customers use them effectively (mobile application, online services, etc.).
- Work with both regular and potential customers: identify their needs, offer relevant solutions and build long-term relationships.
