B2B sales specialist or trainer (for training) in Trend, Navchalna studiya

Training studio Trend is looking for an experienced specialist B2B sales (manager, director, trainer) to conduct training for permanent cooperation.

The main training format is courses for beginners (individual or group).

The classes are held online or, upon agreement, offline in Ukraine. We offer periodic employment - conducting training based on received applications.

For effective teaching, you need:

• Successful experience in the field of B2B sales - more than 5 years
• High communication skills
• Own organization and adherence to the schedule classes
• Ability to structuredly prepare educational material for students
• Technical possibility to conduct online classes
• Teaching experience is NOT mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of methodical material for classes (examples, materials for students)
• Conducting courses on segment manager training B2B
• Possibility to conduct classes 2-3 times a week, preferably during working hours
• Teaching only in Ukrainian

We offer:

• Conducting classes online
• We mainly conduct B2B COURSES for beginners (one-time trainings are very rare)
• Small groups students (up to 3-8 people) or individually
• Teaching - as additional employment to the main place of work
• Class schedules - by agreement: working days and weekends, 2-3 p/week. 2-3 hours each.
• Periodic workload depends on the applications received
• Payment depends on the number of classes

We do NOT provide coaching, mentoring, auditing, outsourcing for other companies.
