Audit support specialist in Kyiv Strategy Consulting

Kyiv Consulting is a leading Ukrainian company specializing in audit and consulting services. We support our parent company - BDO Germany, which has been successfully operating in Kyiv for over 7 years as a representative office.

Our team consists of 100 professionals with diverse expertise, which allows us to support BDO member firms in areas such as market research and consulting, graphic design, project management, audit support and others.

We are pleased to announce a vacancy audit support specialist who will join the team of auditors.

Main duties:

• support of audit processes for confirmation of reporting by third parties (processing and verification of documentation using the internal IT environment)
• identification and processing of requests for technical support of the internal software of the audit process
• participation in the stage audit planning (determination of legal status and relations with clients, confirmation of information, verification of relationships, analysis of possible conflicts)
• preparation and participation in audit procedures, formation of audit documentation in accordance with the requirements of international/national standards and internal methodology
• work with data search and aggregation, information analysis

Necessary skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in Accounting/Audit/Finance or Economics
• Experience of at least 1 year in auditing in an international or local professional company will be an advantage, but willing to consider candidates with similar experience in accounting and finance and Masters students.
• Basic understanding of accounting, knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage
• English language from Intermediate and above
• Advanced Excel user
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
