Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.
provision of the project according to program plan and budget.
Duties:
< ul>project planning and organization;
monitoring the execution of tasks and monitoring compliance with deadlines;
preparation of reports, presentations and analytical materials related to project activities and international cooperation;
documenting meetings and capturing important information;
performing administrative tasks;
ensuring the implementation of the goals and objectives of the project, in accordance with the commitments;
preparation of reports based on the results of project activities;
preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project, conclusion of contracts, memoranda, etc.;
organization and implementation of activities of the UMPD program plan as part of project work;
preparationand competitive announcements, technical procurement tasks for team members;
selection of candidates for the project team, selection of experts, conducting interviews and tests;
preparation of letters, including official, consent requests to partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian and/or English;
ensuring partner interaction with the donor project;
preparation of the necessary documents for passing project and organizational audits;
providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.
Requirements:
higher education (preferably in the field of management, economics or related);
PC skills at the level of a confident user (MS Office, project programs);
good communication skills;
ability to work in a team and independently;
desire to learn and develop in the field of project management;
experience of working with projects from international organizations;
media experience will be an advantage;
knowledge in the field of child rights and social protection;
local government awareness;
leadership qualities;
diplomacy and developed communication skills;
fluency in the Ukrainian language;
knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
computer and technical literacy.
