Assistant to the project manager in Golosi ditey, BF

The Charitable Foundation "Children's Voices" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children's voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

For the implementation of an international project, the Foundation announces the purchase of the services of an "Assistant Project Manager".

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the project manager in preparing the project documentation (project applications, budgets, accompanying documents);
• Control of the fulfillment of project obligations of the fund according to indicators;
• Collection and systematization of data on project progress/results;
• Operational communication with partners;
• Assistance in the preparation of narrative reports and accompanying documentation;
• Maintenance of the project document flow;
• Communication with other departments and regional teams on issues related to project implementation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Fluency in Ukrainian, English – Intermediate;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in MS Office, Google Workspace;
• Previous work experience of more than 1 year;
• Experience of working in non-governmental organizations will be an advantage;
• Experience of working with international donors will be an advantage.
