Main tasks:

• Preparation of materials for board meetings, draft orders, decisions and orders, as well as reports and presentations.
• Keeping records and monitoring the execution of orders, orders and commissions of the board member; timely informing about changes, analysis of causes and implementation of corrective actions.
• Support of the board member during meetings, negotiations, business meetings and meetings; organization of personal reception of employees and citizens in accordance with protocol and etiquette.
• Support of effective interaction with company divisions, other organizations and state bodies; processing of issues that do not require the personal presence of the manager.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of management, economics, law or related areas).
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, preferably in the public sector or large companies.
• Skills in preparing management documents, reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in modern office and analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, document management systems).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to control deadlines.
• High level of communication skills, diplomacy, discretion and proactivity, ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower thanIntermediate will be an advantage.
