Star Brands Corporation is a large national association of trade and production enterprises (TM Khutorok, La Pasta, The Banka, etc.) has been a market leader since 2003, we invite to our team the Assistant of the leading VIP manager (networks)

Requirements for candidates:

• secondary specialized or higher education (preferably in the field of management, administration or a similar specialty);
• experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• knowledge of basic office programs (Excel, 1C);
• responsibility, organization, attention to details;

• Analytical skills: basic calculation of cost, margins, price analysis

Functional duties:

• Business correspondence with customers, suppliers and departments.
• Preparation of commercial offers, contracts, specifications, reports.
• Control of signing contracts and maintaining a database of customers/VTM projects
• Collection of data on sales, product balances and packaging materials.
• Preparation of analytical materials and regular reports.
• Coordinating interaction with production, logistics, quality department and marketing.
• Organizing samples, tastings and testing.
• Prompt resolution of customer requests.
