Assistant to the head of the analytics department in e-groshi

Responsibilities:

• Forming an analytics strategy and building an analytics ecosystem in the company.
• Managing a team of analysts: setting goals, prioritizing tasks, coaching.
• Development and implementation of a system of metrics, KPIs and dashboards for different units.
• Preparation of analytical reports, presentations and recommendations for management.
• Optimization of data collection, processing and storage processes.
• Development of a data-driven culture in the company.
• Interaction with IT, marketing, sales, finance and a product within the framework of analytical projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior analytical position 1+ years.
• Deep understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker, etc.).
• Strong skills in SQLand Python.
• Team management experience.
• Understanding statistics, data analysis methods, product and business metric.
• Ability to transform data into recommendations understandable for business.
• Skills of presentation, structural thinking, project management.
• Will be a plus: experience with ML models, ETL processes, Data Warehouse.
