The ProPeople team is looking for an Assistant to Head of Recruitment who will provide reliable operational and organizational support to the head of recruitment in a large digital holding. The role combines administrative, analytical and process support and involves work with the entire recruiting function.
Main tasks:
- Operational and organizational support of the Head of Recruitment in daily work
- Preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, status updates
- Coordination calendar, meetings, synchronizations with business and HR functions
- Monitoring the implementation of agreements and tasks after meetings
- Collection and preparation of recruiting analytics (headcount, hiring plan, funnel, time-to-hire)
- Preparation of regular reports for management
- Monitoring compliance with recruiting processes, standards and SLA
- Work with the ATS-system at the level of data and process quality control
- Participation in the implementation and improvement of recruiting tools
- Supporting the processes of internal translations and updating data in the systems
- Maintaining the up-to-date status of recruiting policies, manuals, guides and training materials
- Structuring and updating the knowledge base recruiting functions
- Ensuring a unified approach to documentation in the holding
- Interaction with Team Leads recruitment
What is important for this role:
- Experience in recruiting, HR or operational role will be an advantage
- High level of organization, system and responsibility
