Requirements to the candidate:
- higher education;
- good organizational and negotiation skills, ability to structure information;
- experience in conducting business negotiations and correspondence (in Ukrainian and English), keeping documentation;
- level of English not lower than B2 upper-intermidiate (the interview is conducted in English and Ukrainian language, English grammar testing);
- experience working in international projects will be an additional advantage;
- willingness to work in a dynamic environment;
- ability to quickly solve tasks, responsibility and attention;
- excellent computer skills and knowledge of a standard package of office programs;
- communication, responsibility and initiative, high level self-organization, readiness for non-standard situations, attention to details.
Functional duties:
- keeping minutes of meetings, drawing up schedules.
- preparing documents for agreement.
- preliminary communication with donors, international partners and state structures, organization of meetings.
- maintaining communication with team members and external partners.
- help in monitoring the performance of tasks and the quality of the team's work.
- preparation of materials for trainings, exercises, professional development.
- interaction with the financial department to collect primary documents necessary for reporting.
- monitoring of expenses and preparation of tables for the manager.
- collection of data for monitoring and impact assessment project.
- assistance in implementing feedback mechanisms.
- organization of trips, logistics, security for the team.
- providing documentary support for the safety of staff and beneficiaries.
- search for information on new grants and partnership opportunities.
- preparation of presentations and informational materials for events where the manager presents organization.
