What will need to be done:

1. Weekly reports to suppliers and vendors

2. Helping the product manager:

• in the collection, processing, preparation of orders, control of shipments in the network
• with orders from vendors, suppliers (filling in tables, processing the order in Excel)
• with primary documents from suppliers
• in the preparation of information for filling out cards and Ukrainian translation
• in information support for partners and end users
• in file management (filling in data according to charges, adding invoice numbers to the order file, etc.).

From you we expect:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position
• Experience in the field of wholesale/retail trade will be an additional advantage
• Computer knowledge at a high level (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate
• Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical mindset
