Requirements:

• Competent speech and the ability to argue your point of view.
• High level of self-organization.
• Purpose, communication, presentability.
• Focus on results and development.
• Experience in sales (additional experience in the field of real estate sales will be an advantage).

Working conditions:

• Work in the sales office of the residential complex, near the construction site.
• Schedule 5/2.
• Days off: Negotiable, except Saturday.

Duties:

• Meeting clients in the department of residential property sales.
• Working with incoming applications/leads.
• Interaction with the marketing department.
• Presentation of the object with full information support.
• Answering phone calls and messengers.
• Consultations on the drive of the construction object.
• Working with the database clients.
• Ability to work with legal documents (contracts).

We offer a decent level of payment %+rate (based on the results of the interview).
