Assistant manager of construction projects in Pethouse

My name is Oksana, I am the head of the administrative department at Pethouse.

We are actively growing and scaling, so I am looking for a team of experienced assistant project managers in the field of construction and capital repairs, who will be responsible for the full cycle of implementation of repair and construction initiatives — from planning and coordination of turnkey works to control of deadlines, budgets and quality of execution.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• assistance in planning and coordination of capital repairs "turnkey";
• control of deadlines, costs and quality of work;
• cooperation with contractors, suppliers and internal teams;
• management of documentation, contracts and project budgets;
• daily control of progress at facilities and resolution of non-standard situations;
• organization of purchases and supply of materials (if necessary);
• support of the project manager in execution of strategic tasks and initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has:

• experience of 1 year in the field of repair and construction works (offices, retail and warehouse);
• knowledge of the full cycle of repair works: budget, estimates, time and quality control;
• understanding of modern materials and technologies repair;
• experience in negotiating and working with contracts;
• skills in working with Google Sheets, Google Docs for project reporting;
• attention to details, self-organization, ability to work under deadlines and multitasking.
