Right now we are looking for a HR Assistant to join the team!

What will be required to do?

• Preparation and registration of personal files of dismissed employees for the archive;
• Compilation of acts on the absence of employees at work;
• Issuance of orders on employee vacations;
• Issuance of orders on the practice of students at the enterprise;
• Issuance of orders on the mobilization of employees;
• Work with mail: receipt and sending letters;
• Preparation and control of the availability of signed documents for employees on adaptation;
• Coordination and assistance of the VC inspector in the formation of personal files of employees;
• Control of the relevance of the terms of personal documents of employees;
• Maintenance of the employee's electronic work book, digitization of work books;
• Scanning of personnel documents.

What is important to us? (Word, Excel, 1C) attention to detail, responsibility, organization;

Willingness to work in the office is also important for us (of course, delicious coffee and a good atmosphere are behind us)
