We are inviting an Assistant Personnel Manager to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
Assistance in personnel administration (in registration of admissions, transfers, dismissals, management of personnel files); reception, verification and systematization of documents from employees; preparation of certificates, copies of documents; archiving of personnel documents; control over the timeliness of updating personal data
Supporting the recruitment process: posting vacancies, initial selection of resumes, organizing interviews, maintaining a candidate database
Performing other tasks in the personnel department
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in HR or personnel administration from 6 months;
Excellent command of PC (Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.);
Attention to details, responsibility, communication skills, desire to learn and develop.
