Recruiter in United Kyiv Roasters

We are a company United Kyiv Roasters, producers of coffee that captivates from the first sip. We cover all the client's needs on a turnkey basis (coffee, related products, equipment, service, Coffee Academy, etc.). We are currently looking for a Recruiter who will help us find real stars for the team.

You will be interested if:

• You like to communicate with people, see their potential and help them find "their" place;
• You know how to work independently and responsibly, you organize selection like clockwork;
• You love coffee (or are ready to fall in love with it from the first sip).

Your tasks:

• Full recruiting cycle: from the briefing with the manager to signing the offer;
• Active sourcing: LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, intuition - all methods are good;
• Conducting interviews, evaluation software, hardware and vibe;
• Providing quality feedback, formulating proposals;
• Supporting HR processes and participating in building a strong team culture;

What we expect:

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting;
• Ability to build trusting relationships with candidates;
• Systematic, attention to details and quick response;
• Knowledge of personnel accounting will be an advantage;
• Desire to grow and put your heart into what you do.
