• Full time
• Work format: Offline format - 100% office

Work schedule:

• Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 
• Saturday-Sunday - weekend (can be working if necessary, but with the condition that the weekend is moved to another day)  
   

The main tasks of the position:

• Search for contractors for joint collaborations/cross-promotion
• Organization and approval of photo and video shooting
• Event marketing: help with organizing participation in thematic conferences, workshops and festivals
• Decoration of projects for thematic holidays
• Preparation and printing of a situational menu
• Participation in the generation of ideas / creation of advertising campaign concepts;
• Search for new ideas and partners for cross-marketing
• Search influencers (bloggers) according to the technical task and communication with them (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
• Help in communications with contractors, setting tasks and accepting work
• Support of tenders of the marketing and advertising department

Education and knowledge

• Higher/unfinished higher education (marketing, advertising, PR, journalism, management) or related specialties)
• Basic knowledge in the field of marketing, advertising, digital communications
• Understanding the principles of branding, SMM, email marketing, SEO will be an advantage

 Skills

• Confident PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace
• Desirable: basic skills in working with graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop) or CRM systems
• Ability to work with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Copywriting and text editing skills

Communication and organization

• High level of written and oral literacy (Ukrainian is mandatory, English is desirable)
• Ability to clearly formulate thoughts, conduct business Correspondence
• Organization, punctuality, attention to details
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
