Responsible for creating and implementing a marketing strategy in the field of real estate (residential, commercial).

Description of responsibilities and achievements:
- Market research, determination of competitive advantages, analysis of the target audience and creation of its profile;
- Planning of the brand's entry into the market and drawing up marketing plans;
- Formulation and justification of the goals and positioning of the brand;
- Creation of the name brand, identity and corporate style;
- Monthly marketing budgeting within the framework of the strategy;
- Creating and implementing sales promotion programs, advertising campaigns, organizing events, etc.;
- Controlling the implementation of marketing plans, evaluating their effectiveness and preparing reports;
- Setting tasks for designers and monitoring execution;
- Planning, ordering and providing advertising, souvenir products and POS materials;
- Interaction with a PR specialist for brand development;
- Interaction with smm agencies for brand development in social networks;
- Planning, placement, control of advertising materials in the media and on external media;
- Control of the design of sales and construction departments objects;
- Cooperation and control of the work of advertising, BTL, media agencies, etc.;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, attraction and control of leads;
- Monitoring the actions of competitors and analysis of their marketing campaigns.
Requirements for the vacancy:
- Education: higher;
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate advertising — from 3 years;
- Languages: Ukrainian, English (B1-B2).
Skills:
- Development and execution of branding strategies;
- Working with marketing tools and analytics;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Proficiency in graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator);
- Creativity and ability to generate ideas.
