Assistant in the direction of Minna danger in Kiyivska oblasna organizaciya Tovaristva Chervonogo Hresta Ukrayini

Requirements:

1. High level of communication and presentation, ability to work with different target audiences (population categories, social groups).  
2. Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Proficiency in English will be a plus. 
3. Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with databases, e-mail), technical equipment for presentations (projectors). 
4. Be proactive in project development, have a desire to improve work processes. 
5. Adherence to the founding principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. 
6. Be ready for business trips for the purpose of training and development. The position involves working on the territory of the Kyiv region (Bilotserkivskyi district) during the working week. 
7. Driver's license cat. In

The main tasks of the assistant: 

1. Carrying out educational activities on the issues of threats from mines and explosive objects. 

2. Conducting information sessions for various categories and groups of the population: schoolchildren, teachers, employees of communal and non-communal enterprises, as well as in various hubs. 

3. Distribution of printed information materials. 

4. Implementation of the set plans for the month. 

5. Approximate activity planning. 

6. Reporting on the conducted sessions on a weekly and monthly basis. 

7. Accounting for material values. 

8. Reporting of spent fuel, provided that the work was performed on one's own or company car. 

9. Coverage of work in the specified area, in particular, preparation of weekly posts on social networks.  

Working conditions:

Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00
