In order to strengthen and develop the business, we are looking for a Assistant customs broker in the team.

We expect that you have:

• full/part-time higher education in the field of customs affairs, ed
• relevant experience of 6 months - it will be advantage
• English language for written communication
• knowledge of customs affairs and customs legislation will be an advantage
• skills in working with Adobe Photoshop and MS Office
• high level of attentiveness and organization
• speed in completing tasks
• ability to switch from task to task while focusing well on them

 Your zone responsibilities:

• select UKTZED codes
• prepare additional documentation for customs clearance and letters at the request of customs agencies
• do data analytics from the customs database?
• archive data
• maintain reports and summary tables (1C, Google Docs, Excel, Word)
• maintain control points of routine work (control the relevance of information from customs brokers)
• perform individual tasks from the manager
