Assistant credit coach in Mobile Trend

?? Main duties:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials on credit products
• Formation of simple weekly and monthly reports on credit indicators
• Collection and basic analysis of data: number of applications, issuances, amounts
• Maintenance and updating of accounting tables indicators (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Online support for sellers on basic issues related to credit processing
• Fixing typical errors and transferring information to the credit coach
• Communicating with banks and partners according to templates and instructions

Candidate requirements:

• Basic understanding of credit products or willingness to learn
• Confident use ofExcel / Google Sheets
• Analytical thinking, attention to details
• Communicative, willingness to help and learn
• Ability to work with a large amount of information

Experience in education, training or banking will be a plus, but not mandatory.
