Assistant corporate psychologist in U-Prom

The "U-Prom" company is a leader in the market of production and sale of industrial equipment in Ukraine. Our company is constantly developing and expanding its activities, so we are looking for a new employee for the position of "Assistant Corporate Psychologist" in our team. 

Responsibilities:

- Supporting a corporate psychologist in conducting trainings and seminars for company employees

- Conducting individual consultations for employees on issues of psychological well-being at the workplace

- Interaction with company management on issues of psychological support for personnel

- Participation in the development and implementation of psychological support programs for employees

Requirements:

- Experience in the field of corporate psychology is not necessary

- Ability to work in a team and communicate with people at different levels

- Communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations

- Confident command of the Ukrainian language
