We are looking for a HR inspector for a modern and ambitious mil-tech company that specializes in the development and production of high-tech solutions for the defense industry and is successfully developing on the market of Ukraine. During the period of full-scale invasion, we are constantly increasing the production potential, the sales market and the professional team.

Our goal is to become the leader in the Ukrainian market, constantly grow and rapidly move forward! 

Our candidate must have:

  • Experience in the position of personnel accounting inspector from 3 years
  • Experience in working with an LLC and FOP
  • Experience in auditing and bringing personnel documentation into order
  • Experience in military record keeping will be an advantage
  • High level of knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and NPA in the field of labor relations
  • Experience in using Google tools, BAF, Medok
  • Attention to details, responsibility, ability to explain and provide friendly communication with colleagues and partners

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of all HR processes (acceptance, transfer, dismissal, provision of all types of leave, business trips)
  • Management of personnel documentation (creating orders, formation of personal files, maintenance of P-2 cards, order accounting journals, work books)
  • Management of records of incapacity for work, registration of decisions of the social insurance commissioner
  • Providing information at the request of colleagues and employees (references, extracts, lists, statistical data and etc.)
  • Maintenance of all processes of personnel administration (acceptance, transfer, dismissal, granting of all types of vacations, business trips)
  • Maintenance of personnel documentation (creation of orders, formation of personal files, maintenance of P-2 cards, logbooks of orders, work books)
  • Maintenance of records of sick leaves, registration of decisions of the social welfare commissioner insurance
  • Providing information at the request of colleagues and employees (references, extracts, lists, statistical data, etc.)
