ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of Assets control specialist/position

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of reports on the balance of goods (finished products, containers, raw materials, materials, spare parts) in the warehouse;
• Planning of movements between external warehouses according to customer order needs;
• Issue of accompanying documents;
• Planning, control and ordering of packaging materials for imported products;
• Conducting daily cyclic accounting TMC, analysis of deviations, preparation of reports;
• Conducting monthly/annual inventories, analysis of deviations, preparation of reports;
• Working with claims from customers;
• Control the receipt and issuance of TMC from warehouses in accordance with Company Policies;
• Ensure control and analysis of parameters of storage processes (ABC analysis) and conditions storage;
• Control of the shipment of products with the corresponding period of realization of the ordered assortment, according to FEFO/FIFO principles, preparation of reports;
• Implementation of KPIs (key performance indicators) of the department.

Requirements for candidates:

• Basic or incomplete higher education (bachelor/junior specialist);
• Work experience in logistics from 1 year will be an advantage;
• Analytical abilities, ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Communication skills, customer orientation;
• Curpulative, attentive, ability to work in a team, high level of learning;
• Result orientation, stress resistance, ability to work in a team;
• PC skills only at the expert level, MS Office package (MS Excel - formulas, construction of summary tables), experience in SAP will be an advantage;
• English language level - Pre-Intermediate.
