Art Director in Adsapience

Hello, we are an advertising agency Adsapience. We build strong relationships between brands, consumers and partners by creating integrated marketing campaigns and activations. Our projects tend to be complex and can combine strategy, creative, events, production, sponsorship, promo, trade marketing, BTL services and many other interesting things.

We are looking for an Art Director who thinks in terms of concepts, knows how to manage the visual quality of projects and is equally confident in BTL activations and events, production. A person who sees an idea holistically - from the first sketch to implementation.

Your tasks:

• Development and visual leadership of creative concepts for campaigns in BTL, event, branding, PR, trade marketing, production areas;

• Creation of visual solutions for events: event identity, branded spaces, POSM, KV;

clients.

Our expectations:

• Experience as an Art Director / Senior Designer in a creative, advertising or BTL / event agency;

• Strong portfolio with realized campaigns and concepts;

• Excellent sense of composition, typography, space and visuals trends;

• Ability to think in terms of ideas and brand experience, not just individual layouts;

• Confident command of: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;

• Ability to argue decisions and work effectively with feedback.
