Application software administrator (TranzWare Fraud Analyzer system) in BANK 3/4, AT

Responsibilities:

• technical support and administration of the TWFA system;
• installation of updates and patches from the developer;
• configuration of monitoring parameters and system operation logic in accordance with the internal tasks of the bank;
• interaction with the IT department and other specialized departments regarding stable operation and optimization systems.

 Requirements:

• higher technical education;
• experience in banking (IT or processing) will be a significant advantage;
• technical skills: understanding of client-server application architecture, experience in application software administration (installing updates, configuring configurations);
• analytics: ability to work with technical tasks from business units and risk departments, translating their requirements into the language of settings and logical rules of the system;
• proficiency in English at the level of reading and understanding technical documentation (Manuals/Guides);
• an additional advantage will be experience with TranzWare products (Compass Plus).
