WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with the Salesforce ecosystem, using Flow, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards to customize client environments and optimize business processes.
• Administer users and access: configure profiles, roles, permissions sets, control security and multi-level access rights.
• Design and implement automation of business processes, create custom scenarios and work on system performance optimization.
• Manage data: import, export, maintain data quality and integrity, conduct regular audits.
• Develop and optimize integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring stability of data flows.
• Use SOQL and SOSL to work with the Salesforce database, create complex queries for data analysis and validation.
• Provide user support: analyze queries, troubleshoot problems, conduct training and help improve the efficiency of using Salesforce.
• Communicate with stakeholders to collect requirements and implement changes in the production environment.

OUR PROJECTS:

U In the Salesforce department, we implement projects for international clients in the fields of Insurance, Education, Healthcare and FinTech. This role is focused specifically on the Insurance domain, where we help companies to automate keyand business processes, increase operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

You will work mainly with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards), creating scalable automations and customizing the system to business requirements. And when complex cases arise, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with developers who supplement solutions with custom components on Apex and LWC.
