Functional tasks:
- Analysis of the external and internal context of the National Bank, global and Ukrainian trends in the development of the financial system, the formation of analytical reports and references;
- Supporting the development, reporting and implementation of the National Bank strategy in terms of preparing analytics, monitoring, reports, supporting the information system based Microsoft SharePoint;
- Development and improvement of the methodology of strategic analysis and monitoring of the National Bank;
- Analysis of the needs of the participants of the financial ecosystem and clients of the National Bank in order to prepare high-quality strategic development plans;
- Analysis of strategic programs, draft laws, administrative documents, etc., which may affect the process of reforming and developing the financial sector, preparation of conclusions, development and improvement of internal documents NBU;
- Preparation of proposals regarding the plan of measures for the implementation of reforms and mechanisms for the implementation of such reforms;
- Interaction with other Central Banks of the world to exchange experience and conduct joint projects.

Our expectations from candidate:
- Work experience from 1 to 3 years;
- Higher education;
- English language level not lower than B2;
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, working with large data sets, ability to create reports and analytical reports
It will be an advantage:
- experience in the field of public management or consulting;
- experience in the field of strategy development and implementation, including development and implementation of plans for development or transformation, change programs;
- experience in modeling and description of business processes (implementation or transformation of current methodologies;
- management of business processes, implementation of a client-oriented approach in the construction of business processes);
- knowledge in the field of change implementation, the main global methods and approaches to change management;
- knowledge of the concepts of creating value for the client (Value proposition, Value chain, Design thinking, etc.) and their implementation methods;
- analytical thinking, attention to details, stress resistance, the desire for continuous learning and development.
