Analyst of the department of checking and verification of counterparties (Compliance in agricultural exports) in RISOIL

We are looking for an attentive and responsible specialist who will check partners, the authenticity of documents regarding the origin of agricultural products and assess risks in cooperation with potential counterparties.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting checks and verification of counterparties (compliance risks).

• Analysis of primary documentation and financial and economic activities of enterprises (statistical reporting, balance sheets) to identify potential risks.

• Checking of documents confirming the origin of agricultural products.

• Analysis and detection of documents that do not meet the company's requirements (correctness completion, validity of data, compliance with criteria; detection of errors, inaccuracies or missing materials).

• Verification of documents received from customers, carriers and internal departments.

• Assessment of risks in cooperation with potential partners.

• Update and maintenance of relevance of data in CRM to ensure the correctness of further operational processes.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (legal, financial or economic - an advantage).

• Experience in working with documents and processing electronic data.

• High attention to details, analytical thinking and responsibility.

• Experience in analyzing counterparty documents with the aim of identifying risks and potential threats during the conclusion of contracts.

• Experience in verifying the trustworthiness and compliance of counterparties.

• Confident skills in working with open sources and state registries (YouControl, Opendatabot, IRS and court judgment registries, etc.).

• Proficient PC skills, including Excel.
