Analyst of consolidated information in Tabletochki, BF

Charitable Foundation "Tabletochka" is looking for Analytics (new) of consolidated informationwho will become an integral part of our valuable fundraising team within the framework of the implementation of charitable projects of the Foundation.

Fund"Tabletochki" has been working for over 14 years, helping every Ukrainian family whose child has faced cancer. We provide a wide range of assistance - from the purchase of drugs and equipment to psychological support. Our programs work at four levels: families, medical staff, hospitals and the state.

The purpose of the position is to provide the fundraising team with high-quality, accurate and structured analytics for making informed decisions, forecasting income and improving the effectiveness of the fund's charitable projects. The consolidated information analyst will be responsible for building financial models, analytical reports and dashboards, as well as data quality in CRM.

Main tasks

• Building a financial model for revenue forecasting
• Building and maintaining analytical reports and dashboards in CRM
• Forming BI reports for complex data analysis outside CRM
• Preparing analytical conclusions, comments and recommendations based on the analysis
• Forming a base for mailings based on CRM data
• Ensuring data quality in CRM (completeness, timeliness, correctness)
• Together with the technical support team, identifying and solving problems in CRM work

Our ideal candidate

• Has a higher education (economics, mathematics, IT or related) or certified training in analytics data
• Has hands-on experience with large databases and analytics
• Proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets at an advanced level
• Intermediate or advanced SQL proficiency
• Effectively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work with data
• Vmable to analyze data, identify trends and deviations
• Able to clearly and clearly present analytical conclusions to the team
• Responsibly plans work and adheres to deadlines
• Quick learner and able to independently master new tools
• Proficient in English at a level not lower than B2
• Shares the mission and values of the foundation and adheres to the Code of Ethics of the foundation and Policies for the protection of children from all forms of violence
