Analyst in the commercial department in Lactalis Ukraine

We are looking for: Analyst in the commercial department.

Position duties:

• Analytics and reporting: Formation of regular reporting (Daily, plan-fact, retail); collection of forecasts for new products (KAM, RM) and monitoring of competitors' promotions.

• CRM administration: provision of access, responses to requests and data verification, setting of planning slices.

• Sales support: reconciliation of data, responses to management inquiries, formation of presentations, preparation of data for motivational programs.

From successful candidates we expect:

• Higher education

• Experience as an analyst (sales, FMCG or retail will be an advantage)

• Proficient in Excel (VPR/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)

• Worked with 1C and CRM systems (preferably Creatio)

• Attentive to details, able to work with large amounts of data in a short time frame
