We invite Business Process Analysts to cooperate to ensure the development of projects and improvement of work processes in company.

Requirements:
• Experience in analyzing business processes for more than 2 years;
• Experience in Big 4 - audit, consulting;
• Knowledge of decision-making models under conditions of uncertainty;
• English B2+ (working with native speakers);
• Desire to develop and willingness to work for it.
Responsibilities: style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>• Study the company's existing business processes in order to determine their effectiveness, identify problems and opportunities for improvement;
• Collect, document and coordinate requirements with by customers;
• Formation of user stories, acceptance criteria, description of scenarios;
• BPMN preparation: business process, participants, roles, risks and controls;
• Testing implemented solutions and checking compliance with business logic.

Will be a plus:
• Automation of workflows and reporting using Power BI;• Building and maintaining dashboards and visualizations in Power BI for KPI tracking.
