Responsibilities:

• perform collection and documentation of requirements for process automation;
• perform modeling and development of business processes, cases, creating a section with the help of low code tools;
• coordinating requirements and proposed concepts with the initiator;
• preparing analytical data at the request of the business;
• interacting with analysts, contractors and related departments at the levels of concept creation, technical task and acceptance of the developed functionality;
• ensuring the verification of the developed functionality on compliance with requirements;
• conduct end-user training, create documentation for end-users;
• participate in planning and monitoring the implementation of the company's information systems development projects;
• interact with information system developers to set tasks, communicate with users, collect information during task preparation, task implementation.
