Patrizia Pepe is an Italian brand where every item is designed to inspire. We are looking for a seller-stylist in our fashion team who can turn shopping into a small holiday.

Main duties:

• Individual work with clients: identification of needs, selection of images, creation of a complete stylish look.
• Providing expert advice on style, fitting of clothes, combination of colors, textures and trends.
• Selling brand products in accordance with high service standards.
• Building long-term relationships with clients, maintaining a client base, personalized approach.
• Executing and exceeding sales plans.
• Working with permanent customers and VIP customers.
• Maintaining the ideal appearance of the sales hall, merchandising in accordance with the brand guidelines.
• Reception, unpacking and display of new collections.
• Calculation of the client at the cash register, reporting.
• Participation in brand trainings and stylistic master classes.

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion retail, preferably in the premium or luxury segment - from 1 year.
• Excellent knowledge of trends, understanding of fashion and style.
• Developed taste, sense of style and the ability to work with different types of clients.
• High level of communication, tact, service.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and dealing with objections.
• Neat appearance, presentability.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, preferably English at a basic level.

Personal qualities:

• Empathy and the ability to listen.
• Self-confidence, but without pressure on the client.
• Resistance to stress, responsibility, honesty.
• The desire to develop in the field of fashion and luxury sales.
