If you join us, you will be engaged in:

• Preparation of customer bases for direct marketing campaigns of Consumer lending using SQL (PL SQL Developer / Hive), conducting A/B testing of message texts, customer segments, communication channels and others

• Analyzing the results of direct marketing campaigns using SQL, Excel, PowerBI and providing recommendations for future campaigns, finalizing and maintaining the Dashboard

• Work on improving the efficiency of direct marketing companies: forming statistically sufficient control/test groups, selection of tools, improvement of criteria for customer selection, etc.;

  
  

• Development and provision of reporting on the commercial activity of Consumer Credit Verticals

  
  

• Automation of current reporting in PowerBI, support and updating of reporting, scripts and procedures in the Oracle / Hive database

  
  

• Providing one-time analytics for business issues

  Interaction with BNPP – Consumer lending with the aim of implementing a positive experience in terms of increasing sales efficiency

  
  

• Setting up indicators and processes for solving business issues, including in the Bank's information systems (in cooperation with IT, B2C and other divisions).

  
  

• Developing Data Science models using Python to improve customer selection for communication
  

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher education
• From 2 years of work experience in the field
• skills for working with BI systems (Power BI)
• a foreign language (English at the level of business communication);
• Knowledge of Ukrainian laws and regulations documents related to the activities of financial and banking institutions;
• knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• knowledge of the concept and practices of asset-liability management and transfer pricing in banks;
