Amazon Support Specialist (English) in AmzProfessional

We are an e-commerce company with our own brands on Amazon. We are looking for an Amazon Support Specialist who wants to learn and develop in the field of international trade and become an expert in working with the world's largest platform.

Work format:

Fully remote. These are not just words - we know how to organize effective work online.  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00—18:00 (Kyiv time). Time control - through the time tracker, all your work at the computer is paid in full. One regular Saturday per month (short working day according to the schedule) is to support business processes during peak periods.

What you will do:

You will be the voice of the company - you will communicate with Amazon support in English (emails and calls), you will deal with our accounts and brands. You will control the processes - you will track all appeals from the beginning to the complete solution, you will record the results.

Requirements:?? 

English B2+ - communicate freely orally and in writing Experience in support from 6 months - if you worked in normal customer support, that's enough! 
We will learn all the specifics of Amazon ourselves. Attention and responsibility - you get things done.
