Requirements:

• experience in a managerial position in a store;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of cash register discipline;
• knowledge of PC, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), 1C;
• higher education (or bachelor) - mandatory;

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the execution of the boutique's sales plan;
• staff training, coordination and control of their work;
• performing an analysis of the boutique's economic indicators;
• ensuringfulfillment of company standards and requirements (merchandising, service standards, knowledge of products, sales techniques);
• keep track of goods, maintain optimal product balances, participate in inventory;
• perform operational boutique management (cleanliness, economic issues, etc.)
