Amazon Listing Specialist (Remote) in Maximum Stores

We are currently looking for an Amazon Listing Specialist who will fully take over the management of our product catalog - from creating cards to coordinating visual content and controlling data accuracy.

About the role

This is a "hands-on" role (hands-on work with the platform). The main task is to maintain the relevance, attractiveness and compliance of the listings with Amazon rules. Important -you are not expected to work with SEO optimization, the main focus is on content, structure, updates and daily card management.

Your key responsibilities:

Work with listings and content

• Creating and updating product cards (headers, bullet points, images, variations, attributes).

• Coordinating the creation of A+ Content, infographics and visuals with designers.

• Controlling the accuracy and consistency of data across different marketplaces.

• Monitoring performance and making adjustments to listings as needed.

 Analytics and reporting

• Tracking KPI: sessions, conversion, sales, reviews.

• Preparation of weekly reports with specific suggestions for improvement.

• Identifying ineffective listings and finding solutions for their optimization.

 Support and solving problems

• Monitoring the "health" of listings (health score), solving problems with suppressions and policy violations.

• Opening and managing Amazon support cases.

• Interaction with operations department to update data on balances and specifications.

 Launches and updates

• Assist with new product launches: setting up FBA, promotions and seasonal updates.

• Working with flat files and bulk uploads.

 We expect from the candidate:

• 2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central (creating listings, variations, A+ Content, Case Log).

• Practical experience with cards products.

• Deep understanding of Amazon catalog architecture (will be a significant advantage).

• English: Upper Intermediate (B2)+ written and spoken.

• Analytical thinking and confident mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently, high attention to detail and orientation to result.

• Experience with AI tools will be a significant advantage.
