Your key tasks:

• Setting up and connecting affiliate links to sales pages sites, ensuring their correct display and operation.
• Setting tasks for technical teams to develop integrations, postbacks, as well as launch offer pages in the tracker.
• Optimization of CTA indicators, including conducting A/B tests and initiating content updates on landing pages.
• Increasing uEPC, in particular through data analysis with GSC, tracker and Clarity, conducting split tests and A/B tests.
• Formation of tasks for the BizDev team to improve the conditions of cooperation and increase the level of approval.
• Documenting the results of experiments and preparing structured presentations for stakeholders.
• Technical support on integration issues - facilitating communication between partners and technical department.
• Preparation of analytical reports for planning meetings and at the request of management.

Your experience and competences:

Required:

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing - with an understanding of keywordsx processes, metrics and principles of monetization.
• Experience with gray niches,monetization of relevant traffic and understanding of GEO features (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) will be a significant advantage.
• Practical experience in Conversion Optimization, incl. with conducting A/B tests, working with conversion funnels and their optimization.
• Experience in monetizing organic traffic (SEO traffic, content-driven funnels) is a significant plus.

Will an advantage:

• Experience with Nutra-vertical (health/beauty)will be a plus
• Understanding payment models in Affiliate Marketing: CPA, CPL, SS, COD and the features of their application.
• Knowledge of the structure conversion funnel - the key stages of the user's path from traffic to the final conversion.
• Understanding the principles of tracking and analytics: working with Keitaro/Binom, settings

Skills:

• Working with large arrays of data in trackers, ability to structure, segment and interpret information.
• Metric analysis: identifying anomalies, trends, declines in indicators and forming hypotheses about causes.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced) - working with formulas, summary tables, arrays data.
