AI/ML Engineer (will consider candidates without experience) in BeautyBlissart

Work format: full-time, offline, Kyiv, 5/2, 8 hours each
Salary: 32,000 — 37,000 UAH
We consider candidates without experience or students.

Your responsibilities:Development and training of models ML/AI

• creating and testing models for classification, prediction, NLP or computer vision;

• conducting experiments, evaluating metrics, optimizing accuracy;

• working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn libraries (or wanting to learn quickly).

Preparation and processing data

• data collection, cleaning, normalization and preparation for modeling;

• generation and augmentation of datasets;

• work with data structures and large sets of information.

Deployment of AI solutions

• participation in construction ML-pipelines;

• testing of models in production;

• configuration of automation and monitoring tools.

Documentation and reporting

• keeping technical notes;

• description of the model, parameters, approach;

• preparation of short reports on the results experiments.

Collaboration with the team

• participation in brainstorming and planning of AI functions;

• communication with analysts and developers;

• interaction to improve models and processes.

Who we are we are looking for:

• students or candidates without experience who want to develop in ML/AI;

• basic understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy is a plus);

• logical thinking, interest in artificial intelligence and data processing;

• attention, analytical approach and ability to understand complex tasks;

• openness to learning and new tools.
