AI, ML Engineer in ADVIN

Position:AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI / Computer Vision / AR-VR Tech)

ADVIN Ukraine (adv.ua) is the market leader AR/VR in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, which has implemented more than 250 projects in the fields of AR, VR, 3D medical technology and e-commerce, is expanding its R&D direction and is looking for an AI/ML Engineer. We create technological products at the intersection of AI + 3D + AR/VR, work with modern generative models and computer vision, integrate them into mobile applications, AR/VR projects and custom B2B solutions.

Main tasks: AI/ML R&D

• Research and implementation of modern models: Diffusion Models, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Human Parsing, Image-to-Image, Style/Appearance Transfer.
• Working with open-source models and libraries (PyTorch ecosystem) + adaptation to business requirements.
• Preparation of AI pipelines that work with images, people, objects.
• Development of custom algorithms and improvement of the quality of the visual result.

Integration and production:

• Preparation of models for production: speed optimization, resource reduction, conversion to ONNX/TensorRT/FP16.
• Participation in the creation of backend infrastructure: API, GPU workers, task queues.
• Interaction with Unity developers or mobile team on the implementation of results into products.

Data Engineering / Computer Vision:

• Preparation of datasets
• Pre- and post-processing of photos: segmentation, masking, pose, normalization.
• Quality analysis and automation of model testing.

Required skills:

• Commercial or R&D experience in the field of Machine Learning / Computer Vision. Confident knowledge of Python and PyTorch. Understanding of modern approaches in Deep Learning: CNN, Transformers, Diffusion Models. Experience with CV pipelines: segmentation, detection, keypoints, human parsing or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Linux and GPU environment.

Will be a plus:

• Experienceintegration of AI models in production (API, optimization, MLOps).
• Knowledge of ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, graph optimizations.
• Experience in AR/VR, 3D
• Understanding of Unity/Unreal pipelines or integration of AI in game engines.
• Participation in publications, GitHub projects or own research.
