EVERAD is an international CPA network with a direct advertiser that has been successfully helping businesses find their clients in 45+ countries for over 10 years. The focus of our activity is the Health & Beauty niche. Prestigious professional conferences have repeatedly recognized us as the best CPA network.

Our goal as a company is to gather top specialists and provide them with tools for professional growth. The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need anAffiliate Team Lead, who will lead a team of affiliate managers.

Your tasks:

• manage the affiliate team: organize the work environment, be responsible for setting and monitoring the execution of tasks, train newcomers;

• work experience atin a similar position from 2 years;

• understanding of the processes and channels of the CRA field;

• knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level and above;

• experience working with google sheets and other programs for analysis;

• expressed leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team to achieve the set goals.

• ability to develop relationships with partners;

• experience of participation in public events, conferences.
