Job: IT/Affiliate Recruiter (HR focus)

We are a media buying company, and we know that profits are not made by algorithms, but by people. We are currently scaling and looking for a recruiter who knows where the top buyers "live" and knows how to convince them to join our team.

Your main focus:

• Active hunting: Search for Media Buyers (FB, Google, TikTok), Team Leads, Farmers and Creative Designers.

• Networking: Using not only LinkedIn, but also closed chats, forums and personal contacts.

• The full recruitment cycle: From removing the job profile to the candidate entering the job and monitoring his adaptation.

• Analytics: Monitoring the salary market and competitor offers in the Affiliate Marketing niche.

What we want to see in you:

• Experience from 1 of the year specifically in recruiting (ideally in traffic arbitrage).

• Understanding metrics: You know what ROI, CPA, CPL are, and you don’t question the candidate: “What is a cloaca?”.

• Skills of a “seller”: The ability to present the company in such a way that the candidate wants to work in us.

• High pace: We make decisions quickly and expect the same speed from you in closing positions.
