Affiliate / Monetization Manager (Affiliate & SEO Revenue) in Ligamedia

LIGA.net is an independent Ukrainian business media that has been creating content that helps people understand the essence of events and act for 28 years. We develop directions that combine quality content, technology and innovative approaches to monetization.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Affiliate / Monetization Manager who will help scale the income of LIGA.net through affiliate partnerships, SEO-revenue and optimization of content for monetization.
The key tasks of the role are to turn traffic into stable income, find new niches and partnerships, test hypotheses and make growth figures a reality.

What will need to be done

• Look for and attract partners in CPA / CPL / RevShare / LeadGen models

• Optimize articles, landing pages and verticals for monetization

• Analyze the profitability of pages, partners and of content

• Launch new areas of monetization (fintech, education, lifestyle, games, etc.)

• Control eCPM, ROI and implementation of revenue plans

• Work with analytics (GA4, CRM, partner offices) and make decisions based on data

Your skills and experience

• You have 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or traffic monetization

• You understand how SEO affects income and how to make a system out of it

• You know how to work with analytics (GA4, UTM, CPC, CPM, CTR)

• You know how to negotiate, build win-win partnerships and see opportunities where others see limits

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of affiliate tools (eg Admitad, etc.)

• Experience with content monetization, arbitrage or review content
