Affiliate Manager in Rollsteam

Rollsteam is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team!

Hello! We are Rollsteam, a team with our own iGaming product and strong expertise in internet marketing. We have already built a system: clear processes, experienced in-house buying and a stable structure. We are not a startup or an agency - we are a product company with resources and ambition.
Primary focus is Tier 1

What to do:

• Search, attraction and onboarding of new affiliates (webmasters, arbitration teams, streamers, SMS/Email partners)
• Maintenance and development of current partners
• Coordination of cooperation terms
• Analysis of traffic quality, bid optimization and GEO scaling
• Communication with partners (Telegram, Skype, email)
• Control of tracking, links, postbacks
• Interaction with the finance department (reconciliations, invoices, payments)
• Working with the product: bonuses, landings, GEO offers

What we expect:

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager from 2 years
• Experience with various traffic sources (SEO, PPC, SMS, Email, Streams)
• metrics and cooperation models
• English B1+
• Experience and opportunity to attend international conferences

Will be a plus:

• Own affiliate base
• Experience of working with Tier 1-2 GEO

In the first month we expect 500-1000 FTD (we provide warm partners who will fully provide this volume)
At the distance we expect 2-4 thousand deposits per month
