Our employee in this position:

• Maintains a centralized database of project documentation: project cards, calendars, protocols, status reports, records, templates, decision documents, etc.

• Controls compliance of artifacts with the requirements of strategic project management methodology.

• Coordinates interaction with project managers regarding key events in the project life cycle.

• Prepares consolidated reporting for project and business committees.

• Maintains tools and templates used within portfolio management.

• Organizes meetings, writing minutes, maintaining event calendars for key stakeholders.

We invite you for an interview if you have:

• Experience in project office administration or portfolio management (PMO support, project admin)
• Proficient in Excel (tables, databases, summaries), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
• Experience with task and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc)
• Skills in maintaining protocols, trackers, systematization of documentation
• Knowledge of the English language (no lower than Intermediate)
• High attention to details, meticulousness in working with documents
• Ability to work with stakeholders of different levels (from PM to directors)
• Resistance to multitasking, ability to maintain structure in chaos
